The white wine cellar is in the middle of the restaurant, under the eyes of the customers, and can contain up to 120 bottles of wine, stored at optimum temperature and humidity.

The red wine cellar has been converted from four old stone walls and usually contains about 400 bottles. The temperature and humidity of this cellar is always monitored to be ideal for red wines.
